Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Elisabeth Marie Boutique! We take great pride in our reputation
for quality and exceptional value. If you are not absolutely in love with your purchase, we will gladly
issue a refund for the value of any approved merchandise within 30 days from when your order was
received. The return fee is $4.00 and all items must be new, unworn, and have original tags attached.
(Free returns on $100) Items will not be accepted if the item has been worn, washed or the tag has been
removed. All products marked “final sale” and “one of a kind collection” cannot be returned. All
returned items will be inspected, and we reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition.
Exchanges: We’re unable to process any exchanges, but you’re welcome to place a new order
and send in your return separately (while the item(s) are still available).
How to Process a Return: Simply email us at email@example.com with “Return
Request” in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.
Our team will get back to you within 24 hours. Once your return has been approved, a refund will be
issued back to your original form of payment minus a $4 return fee.
Return Process: To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets
ALL return requirements. Please package and ship the items to the return address below.

Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped
the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date.
Standard Shipping | $6.00
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $100 before tax.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-5 business days from the shipped date, excluding
holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time.
Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 5-10 business days from the
shipped date, excluding holidays.
Priority Shipping | $10.00
Priority shipping orders are placed Monday- Friday, excluding holidays.
Will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
Please allow 24-48 hours of processing time.
Priority shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories
Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen
packages. You can submit a claim online for a missing package through your shipping provider.
